DoorKeeper is an innovative access control system for Attendance Tracking with Facial Recognition. A voice message alerts about the outcome of the access request and welcomes when you clock in/out.

DoorKeeper automates the guest register of your company: a QrCode and welcome email are sent to the visitors‘ smartphone to guide them during their visit

DoorKeeper is a completely cloud-base software delivered in SaaS mode. It’s available on any device (tablet and smartphone) and does not need any infrastructure or installation cost.

What’s Starter KIT?
Starter KIT is a “starting” pack consisting of a tablet with technical features appropriate to the level of functionality required by the application. Technological products market is in continuous transformation and it’s important to choose suitable products for specific contexts and to be certain of obtaining desired results. To date, our choice is based on the Huawei Mediapad T5, Full HD, Android 8-EMUI 10″ but we might include other devices in our proposal. Starter KIT also includes a wall-bracket for the tablet and a 3 months free trial period in case you purchase a subscription plan together with the Starter KIT, or 1 month free trial period in case you purchase the Starter KIT alone.
What is the difference between Starter KIT and DoorKepeer?
DoorKeeper is a completely cloud-base software provided in SaaS and it’s usable from a tablet specifically set up for the employees tracking attendance.

Starter KIT is the hardware equipment through which DoorKeeper can be used.

Do I have to buy the Starter KIT to get started?
We believe the best way to begin is with Starter KIT, a ready-to-use solution for a user-friendly approach to the Doorkeeper. All you need to do is turn on the tablet, connect it to your company’s wifi and you’re ready to use DoorKeeper.

It could safely be siad that Starter KIT represents our technological research at the lowest cost applied to DoorKeeper features.

How does the free trial version work?
When you buy a Starter KIT, a DoorKeeper license is granted with all Professional plane features. The best way to be sure that DoorKeeper is the right solution for your business is to be able to appreciate its potential through the use of a trial version. This also helps you to get more familiar with available features and better understand which subscription plane is suitable to your needs.

The duration of the free trial is 1 month. At any time during this period, you can switch to a paid plan.

What happens after the free trial period expires?
During the trial period, we will contact you to ask if you want to switch to a paid plan after the trial period expires. In this case you can sign up for a subscription plane payng it by credit card or PayPal.

If you decide not to purchase a Paid Plan, your account will be disabled at the end of the trial period, but you can always reactivate it in future.

How many versions of DoorKeeper exist?
There are 4 versions of DoorKeeper with gradually increasing functionalities, from the Basic to the Premium Plan.

The main differences are related to some main features: maximum number of Users accounts, guests management and smart punch clock by using smartphone. To see all features of each subscription plan, please visit the web page.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Here the current accepted mehod of payment: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
How does the subscription of a DoorKeeper paid plan work?
Once the first payment has been made, subsequent payments will be charged to your card each month, on the basis of the first payment date.
Can I buy the Starter KIT in combination with a Doorkeeper subscription plane?
It is widely recommended to sign up for a subscription together with the purchase of the Starter KIT. Get started quickly and add value to your investment!

Furthermore, to reward your loyalty, we will give you 3 months‘ subscription to the plan you decide to purchase together with the Starter KIT.

Is it possible to cancel a subscription?
Yes it is. You can unsubscribe from the subscription plan at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button in the DoorKeeper reserved area. The Doorkeeper license number is the one you were given when you signed up. In the event of cancellation, the DoorKeeper account will be automatically disabled.

The data stored on DoorKeeper remain available for 30 days. If you decide within 30 days to restart by re-activating the license, payments will resume with the same monthly frequency and you will still have your data available. Alla data will be deleted 30 days after the cancellation date and it will not be possible to recover them.

What if I canceled my subscription during the 3 free months period?
If you canceled subscription by the end of the free use period, the service will be instantly disabled, losing the remaining time. No charge will be made unless you re-activate the subscription.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
You can change subscription at any time, but keep in mind that the effective changeover will take place at the end of the current payment cycle. If you decide to drop to a lower plan (downgrade), you surely give up some of the features you were using. Any data will be lost but you will see your usage possibilities automatically reduced.

If you later decied to get back to higher subscription, the disabled functions will be restored.
