The payment services on this site allow payments to be made even in recurring debit mode through the customer’s credit card or PayPal account.
Where applicable the case we apply a single shipping rate valid throughout Italy.
Delivery, transport and risk times
For products on our site that relate to software subscription plans provided in SaaS mode, delivery times are the technical ones required for licensing, generally at most, within the same day of order confirmation. For “material” products, we ship within 24 hours of order confirmation and delivery times, so we make sure that they do not exceed 72 hours after shipment.
This delivery time is only informative and not binding as it is subject to possible unforeseen events (work interruptions, delays, courier strikes and other causes of force majeure) which dispense Orangedev s.r.l. from observing this term without, however, giving the Customer any compensation of any kind. The Customer is not entitled to refuse the goods or request compensation in the event of delay in delivery or shipment.
The material always travels at the risk and peril of the Customer remaining agreed that every shipment is executed for precise assignment and account of the Customer. It is therefore up to the Customer to complain to the carriers responsible at the time of receipt for reasons related to delays, misunderstandings, breakages, thefts or shortages that occur. Therefore, the Customer at the time of delivery must take care to check the received material, reporting on the documents the words “Withdrawal under reserve” in case of doubts about the integrity of the goods.
Goods exchange and return
If the purchased products are defective or have been damaged during transport, you can contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org), citing “damaged items” in the subject of the email. Provide the reference data of the order (name, date and number of the order placed) and attach the photographs of the product received and its packaging. We will take charge of your request and we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the collection of the damaged goods and the shipment of the new one.
If the courier delivers the parcel visibly damaged, the proof of delivery must be signed subject to control specifying the type of damage present on the carton or on the box (eg the upper right side of the torn cardboard).
Any claims for defective goods must be notified in writing to Orangedev srl within 14 days of receipt; if the complaint is timely, valid and justified, the Customer has the right only to replace the product.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be exercised from the time of conclusion of the contract up to 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the goods. Each return must be accompanied by delivery note or by relative receipt.
Returned products will be accepted as long as they are intact and in perfect condition. The return shipping package must be packaged so as to minimize the risk of breakage or damage to the product during transport.

For shipping, we recommend using an insured and traceable mail system. Items delivered to an address other than that of the returned Service will not be taken into consideration.
Without prejudice to the possible applicability of mandatory provisions of law for the protection of consumers (as defined pursuant to article 1 let. B) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185), any dispute in any case connected with this Regulation will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Florence. The Customer may not invoke binding declarations or guarantees assumed by our Resellers and / or representatives, which do not result from this Regulation.
